Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met and to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition skills
  • Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
  • Experience in Training and Development programs
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the tech industry is an advantage
