Duties & responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the routine functions of Human Resource (HR) department including administering pay, benefits, leaves and enforcing company policy and practices.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Handles discipline and performance management system in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs and ensures timely development of employees.
  • Design, coordinate and conduct training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • You will be part of emergency team
  • You are part of first aid team
