Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee and lead all human resource functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR initiatives, strengthening talent acquisition, and nurturing a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Lead
    talent acquisition
    efforts—sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company's values and requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan manpower needs and optimize staffing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data through
    HRMS software (SumHR preferred)
    .
  • Oversee performance management, employee feedback systems, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience
    , with strong exposure to
    talent acquisition and HR operations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    HRMS platforms
    (SumHR experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and performance management systems.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in the
    interior design or creative industry
    will be an added advantage.
