
Organizational Development Specialist

As a key partner within the HR team, you will support the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives. This role requires collaboration with different HR functions to ensure integrated solutions.
To succeed in this position, you should have experience working in dynamic environments and possess excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key partner within the HR team to implement and execute people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement to ensure integrated solutions.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.
- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and HR analytics projects.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform HR programs and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
- Partner with HR team members to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
- Help identify capability gaps and work with L&D to implement relevant training and development programs.
- Assist in succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.
- Promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing through targeted interventions.
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced environments; experience in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR frameworks, compliance, and best practices.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a hands-on approach to solving HR challenges.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and employment laws.
