Job Description

As a seasoned technical program manager, you will oversee the execution of multiple technology programs and product implementations from conception to delivery. Your expertise in stakeholder coordination and delivery excellence will be instrumental in driving success.

Responsibilities include planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end technical programs and product implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation are also key aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will proactively manage dependencies, risks, and change requests. Translating business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps is another critical responsibility. Conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology will also fall under your purview.

Finally, providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards, rounds out the responsibilities of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus)
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
