Job Overview:

This critical Program Management role will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

The role encompasses overseeing all aspects of program management, including dashboard creation, administrative functions, and collaboration with stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing reporting structures, managing documentation repositories, and providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and issues.

  • Develop and maintain program governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across programs.

  • Establish and manage reporting structures, including regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue tracking.

  • Facilitate program governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented minutes, and effective follow-up on action items.

  • Manage and maintain program documentation repositories, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), progress against goals, and potential risks.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on program performance and initiatives, status, risks, and issues.

  • Manage program-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.

  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for program team members.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams, with at least 5 years in a position similar to this role.

  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder relationship management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Office productivity tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.
