As a central point of contact for project interventions in Haryana, this role demands strong leadership to ensure the successful implementation of projects and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project timelines, progress, risks, dependencies, and delegate responsibilities efficiently.

  • Lead team collaboration to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs, contributing to organizational learning.
  • Document program activities, track data, develop case studies, and compile evidence of outcomes.
  • Review expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets and implement an effective Monitoring and Evaluation system in collaboration with the M&E team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
  • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute strategic and short-term project plans.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, including the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
