Transition Director

Key Objectives:

  • Deliver end-to-end solutions for large-scale IT Transformation projects, adhering to stringent timelines and budget requirements.
  • Build and lead strong teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Establish key performance indicators, track progress, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize resource allocation across projects to ensure the right balance of skills and expertise.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation related to the transformation process.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in delivering complex IT Transformation programs.
  • Strong program management skills, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
