Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex initiatives from planning to execution.

  • This is a key role in our organization that requires program management expertise and technical depth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Manager, or related role. They will have a strong technical foundation in software engineering and be able to deliver complex engineering programs at scale.

About the Role

In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams. You will translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans, and partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

You will identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers. Additionally, you will drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams, establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking, and ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.

Your excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
