Job Title: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned technical program manager to lead our team in driving product and technology programs. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-priority, high-profile projects and working closely with engineering and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
  • Develop partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive strategic and tactical program objectives
  • Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs
  • Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients
