Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction while aligning project goals with client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of product and engineering programs from start to finish.
  • On-time delivery management, proactive issue identification, and mitigation implementation.
  • Tracking and reporting against milestones, timelines, and delivery metrics.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to guarantee project success.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Program Manager role.
  • Proven hands-on experience working directly with software developers and understanding technical constraints.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Slack for project tracking and communication.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
