Lead Engineering Team

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers working on various products and infrastructure across the stack. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to achieve goals, build organizational structures, and processes as the company continues to grow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 years of experience in engineering management.
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  • A record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth.
  • Experience and excitement for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
