Growth Strategies Specialist

As a Growth Strategies Specialist, you will drive revenue growth and cost optimization for e-commerce brands by analysing customer behaviour and implementing data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unlock revenue opportunities through in-depth analysis of customer behaviour, pricing models, and conversion funnels.
  • Develop and optimise pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce churn and improve repeat purchase rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to measure and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Cost Optimisation & Profitability
  • Identify inefficiencies in fulfilment, logistics, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to enhance margins.
  • Analyse supply chain and inventory data to minimise holding costs and optimise cash flow.
  • Develop profitability forecasting models and scenario analyses to inform financial decision-making.
Data-Driven Insights & Execution
  • Create and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve analytics tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing on growth initiatives to measure impact and refine strategies.
  • Present key findings to CXOs and senior stakeholders, driving execution on high-impact recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in growth analytics, e-commerce analytics, or D2C consulting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margins, etc.).
