Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Unit HR Head. As a key member of the unit leadership team, you will play a crucial role in implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the unit leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and continuous communication.
  • Implementing the Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  • Identifying high-potential employees at the unit and ensuring they undergo talent development programs in collaboration with the Corporate HR team.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate HR team to ensure employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to enhance overall functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Driving Recognition and Rewards programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Leading talent acquisition for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Overseeing onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identifying training needs within the unit and ensuring training programs are conducted in collaboration with the corporate L&D team.
  • Leading and mentoring the unit HR team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Any graduate degree with an MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
