**Requirements:

12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies.

Experience leading teams in fast-moving customer-centric environments.

Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems through industry best practices.

Must be well-versed in HR generalist responsibilities and possess an MBA/PG degree (preferred).
