About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Director. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring smooth operations by managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and overseeing key projects. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Manage and optimize the Directors calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate high-level meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Oversee project tracking, follow up on key deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in business research, data analysis, and preparing decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Act as a representative in meetings, when required, and provide meeting summaries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
