Assistant to the Administrative Team

The Junior Assistant Role:This is a full-time position that involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow within the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team and contribute to the financial stability and growth of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and manage documents and files.
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general support to the team and assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a Junior Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
