Product Visionary

We are seeking an experienced product visionary to join our dynamic product development team.

This critical role involves defining and delivering cutting-edge healthcare products that address key market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product leadership, requirements gathering and analysis, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, agile development, user experience (UX), and compliance.

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Deeply understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric design that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with significant experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
