Job Description

An Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in the culinary success of our establishment, overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-volume kitchens, ensuring seamless execution of menus, and maintaining exceptional food quality.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can effectively lead a team, manage inventory, and implement cost-effective measures to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
