Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams
  • Manage sales forecasts and pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute account plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Medical, Automotive, Industrial or Semiconductor industries
  • Strong technical understanding of automation, test and measurement equipment concepts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
