Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our food and bakery production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production, ensuring timely availability of bakery items, snacks, and beverages, and maintaining quality consistency.

  • Production Management:
    • Plan and organize daily food and bakery production schedules.
    • Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and quality consistency across all production lines.
  • Team Supervision:
    • Lead, train, and guide kitchen and bakery staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Allocate tasks and monitor staff productivity, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Quality, Hygiene, and Safety:
    • Implement and monitor hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and bakery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular checks on equipment maintenance and cleanliness to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Inventory and Cost Control:
    • Monitor stock levels of raw materials, bakery ingredients, and packaging items, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
    • Ensure efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and optimize food costs.
  • Menu Innovation:
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials that meet customer demand and drive sales growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences, ensuring our menu offerings remain relevant and appealing.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily production, including logs and reports on inventory, waste, and quality control.
    • Provide regular updates on production performance, challenges, and requirements to management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
