Key Responsibilities
- Production & Preparation
- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and desserts as per recipes and SOPs.
- Assist in new recipe trials and product development.
- Ensure uniformity in taste, texture, and presentation of bakery products.
- Unit Operations
- Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels; report shortages to the Purchase/Store team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery unit.
- Quality & Hygiene
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms, HACCP guidelines).
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular checks to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
- Team Support
- Supervise and guide junior staff/Commis II & III in bakery tasks.
- Work in coordination with kitchen and café teams for order fulfillment.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain baking logs, production sheets, and wastage reports.
- Adhere to company SOPs and audit requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
