Customer Service Representative (US)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our international customer service team. This role involves handling inbound voice calls from customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in designated systems.
  • Product/Service Expertise: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of company products or services to assist customers effectively.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance the service experience.
