Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior management.
  • Coordinate meetings – prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Act as the main point of communication between leadership, internal teams, and clients.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for management and client-facing needs.
  • Support campaign coordination and task tracking for creative and PR teams.
  • Handle travel bookings, vendor management, and expense coordination.
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
HR Coordination:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for creative, digital, and client servicing roles.
  • Manage employee onboarding, contracts, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, team-building events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related records while supporting compliance needs.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies tailored for a dynamic agency environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or HR Executive.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency culture.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools is a plus.
