Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to fill the role of Senior Administrative Coordinator.
This position requires an individual with excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including but not limited to:
- Managing day-to-day calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Screening phone calls, responding to emails, and routing incoming mail
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
Responsibilities
- Assist senior management with daily tasks and projects
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
