Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
