Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR activities for our teams across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition of new hires into the company.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any HR-related audits or inspections.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting appraisals, and facilitating career development plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a media or marketing agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
