
Strategic Product Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and leverage opportunities with vendors to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with RSMs/NSH to set targets and ensure alignment with market share objectives.
• Co-own product topline targets and work closely with RSMs/NSH to achieve them.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Pitch innovative solutions and products, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of BID/SPC documents.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and OEMs to ensure timely deliveries and effective communication.
• Provide timely updates on product migrations and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain sub-product lines to cater to diverse customer needs.
• Train sales teams on product knowledge and facilitate certification processes for technical teams.
• Drive regional development initiatives for respective products and optimize stock levels to minimize waste.
• Implement marketing strategies, including EDM creation and circulation, to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
• Stay informed about new product launches and collaborate with vendors on joint events to showcase products.
• Utilize various channels, including internet, media, and OEMs, to acquire new customers and expand the sales funnel.
• Resolve obstacles and manage transactions efficiently to support sales teams.
• Engage in price negotiations and provide competitive information analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure solution acceptance and account protection through effective relationship management.
Requirements:
7-10 years of rich experience in a similar role.
