Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven product management professional to drive profitable growth, develop strong customer relationships, and bridge technical and commercial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Commercial Leadership: Drive business expansion through existing accounts and onboard new customers. Lead pre-sales engagements such as technical/product presentations to support RFQ or LOI generation. Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, development costs, and contracts.
  • Customer Engagement & Strategic Development: Develop customer-focused strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Analyze customer potential, market trends, and competitor positioning. Establish and nurture strong customer relationships; manage escalations effectively.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to ensure customer needs are translated into viable solutions. Lead technical events such as seminars and innovation showcases to promote product capabilities.
  • Sales & Market Development: Accelerate sales growth for electrical product lines across local and international markets. Ensure standardized business terms (payments, deliveries, contracts) are aligned with best practices.
  • Data-Driven Product Strategy: Use customer and market data to craft targeted product development and go-to-market strategies. Conduct detailed competitor mapping and customer profiling to identify new business opportunities.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for customer/internal issues, driving resolution in a timely manner. Represent the organization in strategic discussions, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation), MBA will be a plus.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product management with B2B sales in the electrical industry.
  • Proven experience in product management, sales, or business development, preferably in the electrical and electronics sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Technical background or familiarity with engineering and R&D processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
