Job Description

Lead the product development and commercialization process for sports footwear and sneakers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and marketing.Ensure products meet quality standards and are market-ready for launch.Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation throughout product development.Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Strong experience in product development and commercialization in the footwear industry, especially in sports or sneakers.Preferably a graduate of FDDI or a similar institution with expertise in footwear design and development.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.Expertise in working with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams to bring products to market.Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.Deep understanding of footwear market trends and consumer preferences.
