Job Overview:
The Strategic Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive fund-raising strategy that aligns with the organization's vision. This includes building deep and long-term engagements with major donors, conducting prospect research, and identifying new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic fund-raising plan that meets or exceeds annual targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough research on potential donors, their interests, and philanthropic goals.
- Craft compelling proposals and narratives to secure funding and support.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of fund-raising strategies.
- Analyze trends, data, and information to identify opportunities and navigate challenges.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have 8-14 years of experience in building and growing relationships, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and association with philanthropy and fund raising.
Location:
This role is based in Mumbai, with remote work options available in Delhi and Bangalore.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum
