About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Franchise Expansion Strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Evaluation and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement effective expansion strategies to meet business objectives.
- Franchise Partner Acquisition:
- Identify, attract, and onboard new franchise partners through lead generation, partner engagement, and negotiations.
- Ensure seamless integration of new partners into the franchise system.
- Operational Management:
- Manage the end-to-end franchise acquisition process, including agreement closure and compliance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing operational guidance and support to franchisees during the launch phase and beyond.
- Collaboration and Performance Monitoring:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth franchise set-up and scaling.
- Track franchisee performance and drive initiatives to improve revenue growth and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in franchise development, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CFSP (Certified Franchise Specialist) or CFE (Certified Franchise Executive).
