Franchise Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead franchise acquisition and expansion across India.

  • Develop and execute regional franchise sales strategies
  • ID and onboard new franchise partners, building lasting relationships to drive growth
  • Cultivate investor interest, conduct property evaluations, and facilitate financial discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
  • Track sales funnel performance, targets, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Represent the brand at industry events and partner networks

Requirements:

  • 6-7 years of experience in franchise sales or channel development, preferably in retail F&B QSR
  • Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, MDI)
  • Fluent English and Hindi communication skills
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
