Job DescriptionWe help deliver on our purpose by providing customers with borderless banking and world-class wealth management through best-in-class capabilities and exceptional people. With an international network and breadth of expertise, we support individuals, families, business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing non-traditional business from existing corporate base and delivering on meeting targets as per the strategy
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
- Executing marketing initiatives and promotions to generate business in their catchments, in conjunction with support departments
- Working collaboratively with Branch Banking/Commercial Banking & CEP Teams to generate opportunities for business generation
- Maintaining records and performance metrics as required
- Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner and ensuring fair outcomes
- Minimum qualification or as required for the role, whichever is higher
