Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development and Growth: Identify and evaluate new markets for franchise expansion in line with business objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships and Integration: Develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and onboard new franchise partners.
The Expansion Manager plays a pivotal role in the growth of our franchise network. This individual will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new markets for franchise expansion, developing and executing strategies to attract and onboard new franchise partners, and ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless franchise set-up and scaling. You will also be responsible for tracking franchisee performance and driving initiatives to improve revenue growth and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise development or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in franchise expansion and development.
