Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support to our clients and internal teams. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for handling technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or external vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and processes.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
