Genpact, a global leader in professional services and solutions, is seeking a skilled Technical Associate to join our Service Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support to our clients and internal teams. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for handling technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or external vendors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service experience in a technical support role.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) frameworks and processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
