International Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Description:We are seeking a driven and talented International Sales Associate - Intern to join our dynamic team.
This role involves providing sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, developing and executing sales action plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activating new accounts in the local market and increasing market share from existing accounts
- Developing and nurturing a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
- Maintaining profitable hotel ownership and identifying opportunities to add value to each hotel
- Leading bi-weekly sales strategy calls with designated hotels
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to achieve sales goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport over the phone
- Strong written communication skills for general correspondence, proposals, and reports
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the hotel industry
- The ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in maintaining accurate sales records
