We offer strategic advisory services to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Our team helps clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

The role involves conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration. This includes assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments.

Responsibilities include working with global teams to deliver large-scale cross-functional projects. These projects often involve managing budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion.

Key requirements for this role include experience in PMI/ Carve-out/ operational assessment, strategy and synergy assessment and tracking, and program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects. Management consulting experience in functional areas such as HR, Finance, MIS, and Reporting is also essential.

Desired skills for this position include Post Merger Integration, Business Development, and Change Management. An MBA from a Tier 1 institute and relevant industry experience are preferred qualifications for this role.
