Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the hiring process and partnering closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs.

  • This position reports directly to the TA Head, Talent Acquisition and works collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Responsible for driving the hiring process for volume positions in BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in developing the overall talent strategy, determining the skills and experience required for open positions, and ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection are aligned with company objectives.
  • Working on talent acquisition planning, sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes.
  • Providing recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Driving special projects/initiatives to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocols, assessments, background checks, and offers.
  • Translating business goals into actionable hiring needs and working closely with leadership to design and develop recruiting focus areas to deliver against business commitments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and management.
  • Experience in managing people and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in HR data analysis and HR systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and think strategically.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and lead by example.
