The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer value proposition, optimizing talent pipelines, and delivering a superior candidate experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies, align hiring strategies with business growth objectives.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.
- Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping: Develop strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles, conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the consumer goods sector.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness, manage external recruitment agencies and consultants.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance our employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks, deliver a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, operations, and support.
- Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
