Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and develop effective strategies for hiring top talent.

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role, and strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. They should also be able to lead and motivate a team, and have knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring.
  • Understanding of diversity hiring practices.
  • High energy, result-oriented, and driven by performance metrics.
