Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on complex matters related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Draft, vet, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
  • 3-5 Years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
