Senior Investment Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Investment Manager to spearhead investment banking activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in deal execution, client management, and strategic growth in M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Execute deals across various sectors such as private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Foster relationships with investors, including VCs, PEs, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.
  • Create pitch decks, CIMs, business plans, teasers, and financial models for fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct thorough sector research to identify potential opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial modelling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and deal structuring.
  • Have a strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for financial models and investor decks.
  • Exhibit excellent market research, business due diligence, and sector analysis skills.
  • Able to manage client relationships and drive business development.
  • possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
  • Possess an MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from a Tier-1 B-school or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification or similar qualifications.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles with a proven track record.
