Strategic Executive Assistant Role

The Chief of Staff is a critical support function to the CEO and leadership team in driving business growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Initiative Ownership: Manage the execution of strategic initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Operational Alignment: Ensure initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable.
  • Cross-Departmental Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to create a comprehensive strategy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Facilitate coordination between business & support functions.
  • Thought Partnership & Decision Support: Act as a sounding board for critical business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership roles in real estate or similar sectors.
  • Skills: Analytical thinking, project management, communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Market: Understanding of the real estate industry, including trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Business Strategy: Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within real estate.
  • Change Management: Experience in driving change within real estate organizations.
