Job Description

Our organization is seeking a senior manager with expertise in software engineering to lead our India initiatives team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic technology roadmap that drives business growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 12+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 4+ years of hands-on technical management experience
  • 5+ years of software design, coding experience in Java, C++, or other languages
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable skills and qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of management experience in building small to medium-sized teams
  • 5+ years of experience in building and working with production-grade systems
  • Shipped several large-scale projects with dependencies across multiple teams
  • Actively coached, mentored, and grown team members in their careers
