Job Purpose
The role of Circle TES Lead is crucial in ensuring seamless customer experience management at the circle level.
This position requires a high degree of collaboration with internal business teams and customers to deliver commercially viable solutions.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities include managing end-to-end enterprise customer experience, supporting business teams for technically viable solutions, responsible for order to activation and customer life cycle management.
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage escalations and maintain committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime.
- Lead a team that delivers fixed line services within committed timelines and SLAs for both domestic and global Enterprise customers.
- Governance of MS partner / Off-net service providers/ circle SD teams.
