Earn a competitive income by partnering with us to onboard new communities to our link/text content monetization platform. As a Community Growth Partner, you will play a vital role in reaching out to community admins and onboarding them to our platform.

The Role

This is a fully remote, freelance, commission-based opportunity for individuals who are self-driven, community-aware, and possess strong communication skills. We're looking for individuals who can thrive in performance-driven roles and want flexible earning potential.

  • Find and reach out to community admins (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Describe how our platform operates and its advantages compared to competitors
  • Help onboard interested admins to the platform
  • Ensure they use it actively for at least 7 days
  • Report leads and usage via a shared tracker
Compensation

We offer:

  • A commission of ₹500 to ₹2000 per successful onboarding (based on group size and activity)
  • A 5% lifetime revenue share from each onboarded user (in dollars)
  • Performance bonuses + commission upgrades for top contributors
  • Potential to join us in a long-term role or leadership position
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong communication and messaging skills
  • Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms
  • Fluent English — both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Self-motivation, responsibility, and an outcome-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, or community engagement is a plus
