Job Description

The goal of this role is to establish a Project Implementation Unit that will be operational for five years, aiming to improve access to businesses and beneficiaries of e-government services.

As a Consultant - Capacity Building, you are expected to:

  • Coordinate, organize, conduct, and monitor training programs for officials and Aaple Sarkar Service Centre Operators (VLEs) through YASHADA and master trainers.
  • Ensure coordination with different government departments, training agencies, and master trainers to impart training.
  • Update e-training modules for various stakeholders and ensure their effective use.
  • Coordinate training activities of the Upgraded RTS portal and guarantee regular updates with the e-training system integrator.
  • Prepare and conduct training programs for Government officials and staff across divisions and districts, as per the requirements under the MahaSTRIDE Operation and directions of the Maharashtra State Commission for Right To Service.
  • Develop, update, and monitor e-training modules for various stakeholders, ensuring they meet the needs of all parties involved.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, training coordination, and team leadership.

Additionally, the selected candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
