
Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) and banking partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in life insurance sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with HNI customers and banking relationship teams, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
In this role, you will work closely with the dedicated sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue targets. You will also provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments and negotiate effectively with HNI customers and banking partners.
