Insurance Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating group insurance business from customers, building strong relationships with bank staff and customers, and achieving assigned sales targets for insurance products.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales or Protector profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate group insurance business from customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
  3. Achieve assigned sales targets for insurance products.
  4. Follow up on leads, conduct customer meetings (physical/virtual), and ensure policy closures.
  5. Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM/branch systems.
  6. Educate customers on group insurance benefits and product features.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales or Protector profiles.
